Meet Amy…
Inspired by the wild beauty of Cornwall, Amy creates art that captures the textures, colours, and stories of nature. Whether through painting, photography, or textiles, her work reflects her love for the land, the sea, and the ever-changing seasons.
-
Amy excelled studying art, achieving the top grade (D*D*) in BTEC Art, whilst also studying A-Level Photography.
She went on to pass her Foundation Art Diploma with a Merit, further developing her creative skills.
-
Although Amy has faced challenges with dyslexia, dyscalculia, and anxiety; creativity has been a helpful tool for finding balance and expressing herself.
-
Amy and her family have lived in Cornwall for many years, a born-and-bred local, Amy can often be found by the coast with her sketchbook, or spending time in beautiful woodlands with her dog Benji!
“I love taking walks along the Cornish beaches, beach-combing for sea glass and shells, always finding fresh inspiration for my artwork. I also enjoy exploring woodlands, capturing the beauty of the changing seasons and the rich colours and textures that fuel my creativity.”

Amy’s Style
Amy loves to work in a diverse range of mediums, sometimes even combining styles to create mixed-media pieces: from watercolours, to fine line drawings, acrylic to lino prints, photography and even textiles!
She captures moments of inspiration in whatever form speaks to her, bringing each piece to life with her creative touch.
