Turnaround Times

Orders placed from my shop are usually dispatched within 5 working days, however this can vary at busy times of the year. Turnaround times for commissions usually they take 2-4 weeks from the time I receive your deposit and reference photos.

UK Shipping Prices

All orders are sent with Tracked48 shipping via Royal Mail, which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Cards - £3

Art Prints & Textiles - £6.95

Large Commission (A2 and bigger) are shipped with Parcelforce Express 48 shipping, which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Large Commissions - £15

International Postage

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally, this includes to Northern Ireland and Ireland.

Returns

I accept returns within 28 days of purchase - please inform me within 14 days of purchase and return within a further 14 days. Return shipping is paid for by you. Once the product is received in the same condition it was sold, your refund will be processed.

Because of the nature of custom or personalised orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for these orders. Photo evidence will be required to enable a claims process with the courier.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (unless the product is faulty). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
